Dry ridge or bedded and pointed in mortar, depending on the property. Hips and verges treated the same way.

Fresh code 4 or code 5 lead at every change of plane, dressed and pointed, no silicone shortcuts.

A typical three-bedroom semi takes a week from scaffold up to scaffold down. Larger or cut-and-pitch roofs run two weeks.

Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes. New roofs come with a written labour guarantee. Tile and slate manufacturers cover the materials.

Can I match my existing tiles?

Usually. We source from the same manufacturers used for centuries on local houses. For listed work, we use reclaimed tile or slate.
