New Roofs & Re-roofs

New Roofs & Re-roofs done by an in-house team.

New roof and re-roof specialists across Stamford and Peterborough. Tile, slate, pantile, lead flashings. Listed and conservation work taken seriously.

Most contractors hire scaffold in for roofing jobs, which means waiting on someone else's diary. We do not. Both halves run from the same Stamford yard. That means a job moves at our pace, not a sub-contractor's. It also means if you only need scaffold up for another trade, we can do that on its own.

FAQ

New Roofs & Re-roofs questions, answered.

How long does a new roof take?

A typical three-bedroom semi takes a week from scaffold up to scaffold down. Larger or cut-and-pitch roofs run two weeks.

Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes. New roofs come with a written labour guarantee. Tile and slate manufacturers cover the materials.

Can I match my existing tiles?

Usually. We source from the same manufacturers used for centuries on local houses. For listed work, we use reclaimed tile or slate.
