How quickly can you get someone out?

For repairs, usually within the week. Storm damage and emergency leaks we try to attend within 48 hours.

Is leadwork still allowed?

Yes. Lead is still the gold-standard flashing material and we use code 4 and code 5 lead, not lead substitute.
